I have a 2001 Audi A4 that needs to go in for some work while its still underwarranty. What kind of car will they give me to drive around while they work on it? Im really hoping for a new a4, but didnt want to get my hopes up.

Also - I have 44,000 miles, warranty goes out at 50k. Should I get real nitpicky about stuff, and if so will they fix it all for me? Heres what I see wrong: rear window squeaks a little when rolled down, the big rectangle guage has a few lines that went out, and where they removed my pinstripe that looked ridiculous on the car you can still see some of it barely. I want all that fixed, is that asking/expecting too much?

This is the first car I ve had with a warranty So I'm not too familiar with warranty work.

i also have an 01 A4 with 28K anyway as a "treat" i was allowed to take a new 05 A4 but very breifly and usually if it breif (like a couple of hours) they give me another A4 but if it longterm they deal only with toyotas but thats just my dealership unless you own an A8 or some some fany jaguar (checker flag jaguar and audi are basically one dealership and porsche} then you get a beemer cool but not for me its okay i didn't mind the camry it was v6 and basically loaded plus i'm used to auto and i put over 150 miles on it while they worked on my a4, soory i guess i'm not helping much but rest asured you'll be taken care of audi dealers are much better than lets say saab i know before i got the a4 i really wanted that new saab based on the the wrx platform but saab dealers i kind of suck ( i take that back just the dealer i experienced) it wouldn't be fair to say that about all of them.

I normally get a new A4 to drive around. Only once have I been stuck with an Enterprise rental when the dealer ran out of cars. This is at Boardwalk Audi in Plano, TX.
