Wtf is with my car!??
Girlfriend backed out of a drive way today a little too quick. Car sounded like I bottomed out over a speed bump. Now there's a exhaust leak sound when accelerating from a stop (noise disappears after 30 mph), it has no ***** what so ever ( gas to the floor, goes no where) and check engine light is on now. Disconnected the battery, and the abs light is now on. Got in the car about an hour later, and now the ESP light is on, windows don't work, lights aren't on and the turn signals don't work. Wtf happened?

It certainly sounds like one (or more) of the flex joints on the exhaust may have been damaged. It really doesn't take much to upset them. We had a lot of snow and ice back this winter and I bottomed our A8 out on an ice berm (thank you VDOT) on the way out of the drive way several times. Both flex joints before the rear cat converters are now leaking exhaust. This will trigger the Check Engine Light. I'm not sure what to say about the electrical issues you're having though. Most, if not all, of the electrical is located inside the car even if the battery is located in the trunk like mine.

I located the loss of power problem. Not entirely sure what the hose is run from but it was the one on the bottom right of the engine bay that connects right in front of the passenger tire. Got a new hose clamp and that fixed that problem. Now the only thing left is the electrical issue. I just find it hard to believe that something jarred that loose to cause all this. Especially as I've hit hidden speed bumps harder. Having her take it to a euro shop her parents friends own, so hopefully they can figure the rest out.

That sounds like the air intake from the air filter box to the engine. The MAF (Mass Airflow Sensor) lives in that box so if the hose is loose from the box, it's pulling in WAY too much unmeasured air. The engine will not make any power in that instance. Apparently it was a hard enough impact to jar it loose. If it jarred that loose, it's untelling what else got knocked loose.
