best exhaust for 98 2.8 30v?

Default best exhaust for 98 2.8 30v?
im looking for a good sounding exhaust system that is fairly loud but with a good tone to it? any suggestions?

theres no much for the 2.8

i used to have one and i just got a magnaflow muffler and it sounded nice

magnaflow model 14816 sounds the best
just go down to a shop and have them make you exhaust
mine cost me about 250 complete
look at youtube search audi 2.8 and listen to the sound clips

i did exactly this. i love it. only problem is heavy drone right after it's installed. it goes away within a week or two.
people love the audi rasp too.

I went with the Magnaflow model 14862 on my 2.8 - you can go with either model

what did u say to the muffler shop for your exhaust on your 2.8? did they do the whole system or just replace and weld in another muffler

Yeah, im going to buy a muffler and high flow cats, did you guys buy 2 cats and keep the true dual or just use one cat on 2.5 pipe to the magnaflow muffler?????

assuming you're talking about A6, I used 2 magnaflow cats, stock resonator, and magnaflow mufflers.
it drones though so i might have to try a couple things to fix that down the line... still sounds badass @ high revs
