Whats up everyone, new to the forum just had a cai question. I just ordered a evoms intake for my b7 a4, I was wondering has any had a check engine light after upgrading intake? I searched for an answer to this and couldnt find if this has been answered sorry, thx for any help....

i havent installed it yet my car is at the dealer having some promised body work done, I will have it back monday the intake just arrived today!!!! Will post after installation is complete.

 

Well there shouldn't be any check engine lights or any other problems. Just be sure you put the Mass Air Sensor back on the correct direction, if you don't then you will. But even if you can still flip it back and it will be fine.

 

You wont get a check engine light. Dont worry and enjoy

 

all done no problems car sounds much different good spooling sound at low rpm and all the way through. car has a slight performence change throttle response is slightly better but sounds like a turbo car now, enjoying very much...
