I'm looking at a labree hfc but the test pipe is cheaper and i don't have much money. Is it worth it to spend the extra on the hfc and pass emissions and not get a cel, or is it better to get the test pipe, get some non foulers and go to a private place to get emissions tests done? any help would be appreciated very much

I have a code reader so I just clear the code it a pain in the *** but I love the power and sound. My bro and all my friends drive fully built evo's and they all tell me how good it sounds. I got mine of of ebay too.

 

If you buy that do not use the gaskets use the stock ones

Yeah someone suggested that I pull the fuse on the light but I didnt want to do that. I am going to tune my car soon though so I wont have to deal with it anymore.

hey guys. i just bought a 98 1.8t a4 5spd 2 hrs ago. asked my cousin with the same exact car... but 99 and grey... hes running a test pipe... i just went on ebay, and won a bid for $40. good deal. should be getting it by wed - thurs. so i will do a diy thread.
