Continue hitting up the forums classified ads. Here and Audizine are both good. I picked up a boostedtech intake for $150 used under 5k miles. Just gotta find the deals. In my opinion the Carbonio is a name and a carbon fiber cover. Nothing special. They do look nice though.

The only other one I have found is from globalautoshop.com. Have you had any luck finding one?

I forget what tools you need buts its basic stuff like a screwdriver and just common tools. The directons are actually really good with pictures and very detailed step by step procedures. Should take about and hour!
