I just bought a 2003 A4 3.0 Quattro and looking to do some upgrades......

Wanted to know if anyone has recommendations for cold air intake? Will cold air intake void the Audi warranty?

Also, are there any performance chips out there for the 3.0? Will those void the warranty?

the cold air intake won't give you any more power just more noise, giac has a chip but it is only 8-12 horse power for $400. i would save your money and work on suspension, as for the warranty i don't know about the cold air intake but the chip will unless you get to programs so you can go back to stock. i had my car lowered with race springs and 18's and dealer didn't care.
