I just bought a 2011 A4 Avant certified pre-owned. I don't have the cargo privacy cover, and can't find one anywhere - audi collection, audipartssuperstore, audipartsonline, any of the normal car parts stores, etc.

Craigslist is your best bet for a deal. I have come across owners selling for something like $50. eBay has some at ridiculous $500+.

How much you looking to spend? Shipping might be a b*tch for these things too due to the size.

Oh, just thought of this: Make sure to check the tabs for cracks. Mine is broken and I discovered that the tab on the left side was a bic pen barrel glued into place

I bought the car a few months ago as a CPO but from a Hyundai dealership. Are they liable for that type of stuff?
