The coating/color of the armrest (front part mainly) of my A4 B5 (dark blue ext, white interior) is peeling off and it looks horrible.

I need to replace the part, but wouldn't know where to look for such parts (except junkyard, but A4s are a rare find in junkyards, and the interior is typically ruined).

Maybe if someone is offering the entire inside of the front doors?

Any tips? I heard it is a fairly common problem.
