Do you guys have any suggestions to how I should go about fixing it?

i have no clue but i have a cut in mine too, but i still think it was there at the dealership
i think they hid it well so i didnt see it until later because i didnt wear ANYTHING sharp during the first few days

I would think something like that would tear up pretty quickly from normal use, now that it has started... don't you think? Why not just take it to an automotive interior shop... I can't imagine it would be much - and well worth the money (or at least get an estimate on it). My guess is the 'no heat liquid vinyl and leather repair' that you see on tv just won't cut the mustard here.
