Default Interior wood kit

Hello,
I am about to purchase a 2012 A6 and I have been looking on the internet for cars. I really like the look of the wood grain interior but have found a few good deals on cars with the aluminum panels. Does anyone know if I could have these changed out after I purchsae the car?

im not sure about changing them out, but i dont se why you wouldn't be able to find them from a different interior color on the same model.same car= same panels...right?
