Default Retrofit lumbar support in manual seats

Has anyone done this? Rather disappointed to find that I didn't have a lumbar support (only have basic seats) and would really appreciate one!

Any ideas that aren't 'use a pillow'?

You could go to a local leather shop. I dont think it would be that difficult for them to lift the seat cover and install a shaped pad for you.
