Hello. I have question about this steering wheel

At the moment I have normal wheel, but can I replace this old to new sport version? I know is possible, but some say it`s depend of the year.
My car is from year 1995 Audi A4 B5 - new steering wheel is from year 1999- aka facelift version.

Question: Can i replace my old steering wheel to new facelift on?

I know older this type wheels like 1996-97 ins no problem, but just 99 its also that simple?
