Window motor conversion

Window motor conversion
Is it do-able to convert an electric power window to a manual crank window? My car is a 1990 Coupe Quattro, and I've gone through two motors in one year, and I'm f*ckin' sick of it. Any other Audi or VW w/ manual windows that would be compatable?
