Haven't really found a reliable one in the DC area, yet (but I haven't really been looking all that hard, either). Best local Audi tech I know ain't too local. R.A.I. Motorsport, up in the B-Mo area. Dropped by for a checkup and oil change. Total bill was around 95, which they did while I went out for coffee. Nicest folks ever, highly recommended, but come early since it's a tiny place and they can work while you wait vice parking it on the street.
