Hi Gang

I currently get our audi serviced at Audi of Rochester Hills. They do a fine job.

As we know dealer service is expensive.

interested to know if anyone has found an alternative shop.

I have talked with German Motors in Troy and they do basic brakes and suspension...not motors, transmission and computer.

Any recommendations?

Thanks.

Jeff, need mechanic ...
Who did you end up using and would you use them again? I am tired of getting sc**wed over by dealer in Rochester.

Hi there....

So here's the story...our 2005 A6 kept through a code for a bad injector. Was on 3 when I posted this. The factory helped with complete replacement of injectors, cleaning, fuel system parts and several other things...all at their cost. Well out of warranty.

So I couldn't be happier with the people at the Rochester Dealer.

Yes, Audi service is expensive. I found them super supportive and go the extra mile.

To answer your question I have not found another shop that can service Audi's other than the basics

There might be a shop in Waterford area but the name escapes me..I will search and report back.

Thanks.

Here's the guy I found in Waterford...

I believe he has all the computer equipment to deal with engine management systems.

You got it Jeff,
Steves European Automotive, Thats the only place I take my care to. Jordan (Steves son) will take care of the customers and be honest with you (no they didn't pay me to say that). They also can take care of performance if your into that. Hope that helps.
