Chicago Audi Meet???
What up all. Usually Emil (one of the owners) posts under the RENN-ART screen name. Emil probably can't make it but the rest of us should be there. I'll fire up the grill, so we have at least one thing to do. I'll run a DVD in the showroom and we can all relax and talk cars. Well, not all of us, I'll be in the back either cooking or installing Stefan's new timing belt, or both (I'll wash my hands
).
Can't wait to meet all of you, unti then!

Yup, perfectly safe and darn aggresive. I've had it in my GTI for a couple months now and all I do is
. It performs much better than the GIAC software IMO, which WAS in my car. And it was even more affordable, $30 less! (mkIII GTI VR6) Our REVO software is always my first choice, excellent performance and streetability/driveability. But when the occasion arises where there isn't a REVO file available, we've been able to confidently rely on EIP Tuning. Take a look for yourself:

It sais it only offers 20hp to the wheels for the 180hp engine and 30hp for the 150. which one do i fall under? 180 right? if thats the case i think ill go with GIAC.
lol what version ecu did u say i have? CT or CH?

To All:
My intentions are to go... however I DO NOT HAVE MY CAR YET. It is still in shop, body work is done but now it won't start. Thier is no spark... They think it's ignition module but they aren't %100 sure. So I took a risk and had them buy it anyways.
I my car is fixed before that day I will go.
P.S.
My A4 will look liek **** so dont laugh.[sm=trust_me.gif]

Shoot, can't remember the box ID, I'll scan it again when you come for the T-belt. As far as the software, you've got the 170hp Audi so you'd be in the 20+hp area, but remember EIP is stating WHEEL HP, not crank hp. This means that EIP's numbers are based on the power that gets to the ground. Other chip vendors like REVO, GIAC and the rest state BRAKE HP, or power gains at the flywheel.
Brake hp numbers don't see drivetrain loss, so the 20+ whp is more than comparable to the standard 30 bhp from the other chip tuners.
And for the guys that can't make it in their Audi's, don't sweat it, all members are welcome with or without four rings in the grill. [8D]
