I just purchased a 99.5 A4 1.8T Quattro. Its a lot of fun to drive. I am no mechanic myself and am nervous to do anything to these cars, but am willing to try when I get the money, and thanks for the offer. It is blue with tan leather, not a manual though, its one of the combo tranny's. Have you done any mods to your car?

Where in NW Columbus? I live in Upper Arlington.
Dublin, right behind MAG on Perimeter Loop Rd. My ex-girl lives in Upper Arlington. Her daughter goes to the school off Treemount (spelling). I went to OSU for a few years (never finished). Missing Columbus very much but Indy is very cool. The Audi guys here do a fair amount of stuff togehter. (example is Taco night, even though it is really ownly 2 or 3 of us, then there is tonight going to meet some Audi guys for Dinner and drinks.)

You should check out the US Grand Prix this june for 60 bucks it will get you in the track friday - Sunday for all the F1 events, The local Audi club will be holding a Dinner Saturday Night, and some other stuff if I can get around to putting it together, lol.

Well take it easy,

Enjoy,

Ahhh yes good year Same as mine except I have a 5sp, black and grey. Where did you purchase it from? I just finished a lot of work on mine last weekend. Timing belt, turbo, test pipe, EFK, engine mounts, the typical stuff. A few electrical mods in the past to. I was a little unsure at first to but all went ok.

I bought mine from a local dealer here, Soverign in downtown Flushing. Got it for just under 11k with 68k miles on it. Looks pretty clean. I know the timing belt will need to be serviced soon, but I don't really have the cash to do it. What kind of money did that run you and did you do it yourself? I would love to see you car someday. I am in Grand Blanc often as I inspect buildings.

Sounds like a good one, you will definately want to get the TB done soon if it hasent already been done.

I did my own TB got the kit from dieselgeek $275 & free shipping. Most people will go with ECS but dieselgeek is a little cheaper and has the water pump gasket that everyone says to use. Be glad to give ya a hand if you feel like doing it yourself, shouldnt take more than a day. I need a little bit of notice though im out of town quite a bit for my job. I dont think I will be home the month of May except for the weekends if im lucky.

The only places that work on Audis in our area that I know of are the dealer in Rochester Hills, they charge $1100-$1200, thats where I got my car. Bay City has an Audi dealer, I would probably go there before Rochester Hills, I think its closer to you to. And Monks in Waterford, I dont know what they charge but im sure its cheaper than the dealer. That is where I would take my car if I didnt do my own work. Is the dealer you bought from an Audi dealer? I didnt think there was one in Flushing.
