RE: The OFFICIAL Illinois audi thread
Hey IL Audi guys/girls, just bought a 2000 Audi S4...my2nd TT AWD car. I'm from Rock Island, IL which is about 2.5 hours from downtown chi-town. I'm currently in the process of researching the S4, but don't worry i wont be asking any stupid questions like, "how much hp/tq do i have?" or "how fast is the S4?"....however, if someone could point me to a couple sites orforum sectionsthat give information on the best aftermarket companies for mods, and a thread or site that has info on common issues with this model/year it'd be very much appreciated.
I already have my toy (3000GT vr4), so i'm using the S4 as my daily driver, but i would like to give it a little more hp.so far i've found the APR chip to be a pretty good bang for the buck. any other fairly inexpensive must haves (plugs, wires, intake, exhaust)for the S4?
also, thought i'd let you guys know there's a new AWD dyno in IL out here by me. they only charge $75 for 3 pulls, and i think $100 for 3 if you want to use their wideband.
alright...sorry for the long post. looking forward to running into you other S4 (and other audi) owners when i'm up in chicago.

Your best bet for info. will be in the S4 section. I know there is a list of part companies at the top of the A4 section that would be good to look threw. One of my favs. is ecstuning.com, but there is a ton other's. Do some search's on various topics and you will find more info. then you will ever need.
