Kelly were you on kingshighway yesterday? If not I saw a nogaro cab just like yours. If everything works out you will either love or hate my new avatar. To be continued......

woooo ... threw a P0422 code today! catalyst below efficiency threshold... im all kinds of excited! lol

so anyone have any experience with this? read some say it may just be o2 sensors, while others just say buy new cats... the first solution sounds cheaper, but I need to have it fixed since im up for plates in a few months lol

Have fun with 02s man, they are a bitch.

Nice to see you back Jack. Sorry I want able to help you out at all. Good find on a 6 speed A6, no matter what the condition. What kinda maintenance schedule are you wanting? I have some general A6 stuff. Mostly the same as the S4...

haha Matt... it wont be so bad... my uncle has a lift in his garage/barn/shop, whatever you want to call it. Guess when its up on the lift and we do the control arms, Ill check out the cats and o2s and see which seems to be the failure lol

and definately a nice find Jack... pretty much what I wanted when I bought my car. I have the maitenance booklet that comes with the car, saying when to do oil changes, and what routine maintenance is supposed to be done at what intervals... I can scan the pages or look up whatever you need if thats what you are looking for

Lift wont help much. Im talking about how the wires run down between the engine and fire wall, then down on top of the trans, then down to the sensor. They are real diseaving. Those plugs being right on top made me think, it would be cake.....

oh ouch... ok that does sound like a huge pain. well either way, Id much rather it be bad o2s over bad cats, mainly for money reasons lol
