Hi everyone,
New member to the forum here. Looks like a pretty active community. A little about myself... I am a car enthusiast (for all cars). I am a racing enthusiast and track day enthusiast. I am here to find people with similar passions. No I am not looking for a date!!! I have been doing track days, racing in time trials and instructing for years. I have also done an Audi club event or two at Road Atlanta.
I am also a co founder of Just Track It which is a group dedicated to putting on affordable track days for those who like the car club type atmosphere. We run events at Atlanta Motorsports Park and TGPR. We are looking to add events at Barber and Roebling in 2014.
In fact we have an event at TGPR tomorrow and have AMP booked in late October. I would love to extend the invitation to the Audi enthusiast community to come out and hang out or participate.
Please no offense. I am not here to spam your forum. Just want to share what I do and make the folks here aware of the track opportunities out there.

Cars are trouble, if you ask me. But, wishing you luck with you 8. Get yourself an OBD2-scanner (cheap, on amazon... don't spend more that $15.00U$D), and pair it to your smartphone. App for the smartphone is free/$2-$3, depending on what you want to be able to do with it.
If you want to take it to the *next-level* of diagnostics, a Ross-Tech VAG-COM will run you a couple hundred up to several hundred, depending on how professional you want to get/how much free beer you need on the weekends... People have been known to promise multiple-CASES of suds for use of one.
Welcome to the forums. If you can't find answers to your questions here, try googles; or (if you're desperate), one of the other online forums dedicated to Audi.

Hello all, Tim from Northeast Pa, Bought a 2002 A6 Quattro about a year ago, love the car. Performance, handling and a bear in the snow. Having some mechanical issues lately and am a do-it-yourselfer so I have some questions...Later all.
My name is Mike, just bought an A4 2005.5 b7 with 80k miles on it and I just plan to keep up with the maintenance and pinpoint any possible catastrophic issues through the information and expertise in this forum. I am OCD when it comes to car maintenance, especially my Audi.

.....
LOVE IT
