Just this past Saturday picked up my first Audi. A CPO 2013 A4 Prem Plus w/Navi. So far loving it! This replaced an Acura TL (and before that another TL). While I won't be getting too crazy with mods (tint will be my first), I've always liked being part of a member community with my cars. This one seems like the best for the A4 and I'm sure I will be looking for feedback/help and also providing it where I can.

My name is Jacklynn, and I have just purchased my first Audi.. I traded in my Lexus for this car.
I have a 2010 Ibis White Audi A4 2.0T. I have just learned this is an oil guzzling machine... Any suggestions? I put a quart of fully synthetic oil in after every 600-ish miles... I do not want to go through an oil consumption test if this is normal.. Especially when I have a heavy foot.

I have a 2011 Audi A5 2.0T with STaSIS exhaust. I approached my Audi Service Tech with the same question and he told me that the 2.0T engine burns oil. He said put a 1/2 Qt of synthetic in every 500 miles. He also told me that the car shouldn't start consuming oil until after 5,000 miles. So if I get the car serviced routinely, and I find myself having to add a 1/2 Qt of oil before it reaches 5,000 miles, then I may have a problem and should bring it in for a diagnostic check. I hope this helps.
