hi I don't actually drive an Audi unfortunately but i am trying to design one. i'm a student at Northumbria University and i'm designing a road going version of an audi quattro rally concept which i recently completed. I need some input from some real audi enthusiasts. so thats why I have joined the forum.
Finally decided to start a project car and I've finally nailed down where I want to start. I like the potential of the Audi A4 Quattro with the 1.8T. I have a buddy that did some crazy stuff to a GTI but he could never hook up, hence the AWD. I'm not into flashy, prefer to cruise under the radar. I currently drive either an '03 FX35 or '05 G35 which are a lot of fun but going to kick the G out the door to make room for the new project.
Hey all. I bought a '98 A4, 2.8L clutch just before the start of first semester this year...nedless to say I've loved it ever since (minus a few expensive DIY repairs haha). I've been driving and working on american cars since I was 16 and am really looking forward to getting to know Audi...

I have an 06 a4 2.0t, I'm having issues with a slipping clutch
any good brands out there? Don't need a hardcore clutch, just something
that holds around 350 tq for what I'm planning on doing
to it in the future... Is that a common thing?

Hmm. I thought this thread was for introductions only. Hope I'm in the right place. I am not knew to the forums, just my first time posting. I own a 2000 A6 2.7T Quattro and love it. About to be doing some of my own work on it and will need the help. Se y'all in the the A6 Forums then.

hello everyone, the names Moses and I just bought a 2000 A4 Quattro. So far all I can say is I like the way it drives and the nice grip underneath the tires. I need advice in how I can improve it so if anybody can help me out I'd appreciate it. I'm from long beach, California btw.
Hi Moses
Just to say welcome to the Forum. I have a 2001 TT Quattro roadster (225 hp) which is great, especially when the weather is fine. I live in the UK so we don't enjoy your wall to wall sunshine, sadly. However, I do live in the far south, on the Isle of Wight, where the climate is normally quite mild and at least we can grow cacti and palms (although very cold this winter, even had snow for a few days.)
We love Long Beach - spent a couple of days there 4 years ago and stayed on the old Queen Mary, which was interesting.
Enjoy your motoring!
