Hello everyone! Looking to join the Audi family soon. Got my eyes on a 2003 Allroad, has roughly 70k, clean Carfax, has all the bells and whistles, and 11995 is being asked for it.
My Volvo 98' V70 T5 is fun, but not RWD nor AWD and its been through a lot.

Looking forward to the new forum! -Miller

I wanted to buy the above mentioned auto from you that was listed on ebay (item number:320519180191). I had sent your company 4 emails asking for a ball park figure for what you wanted for this car. I stated I had to buy a car within 24 hours for my wife--her car was totaled in an accident. I never got a response from your company with that figure--I was waiting from you to get a number--my second choice purchase ended way before yours did. I lost the other car because I did not hear from you---I then missed the bid your item by less then 3 seconds--my bid was over $5,000 more that your last bid. I then send an email asking if your were going to relist--then called for Joe Pozo--got a gentleman by the name of John who said he worked for Joe--he said he would transfer me to Joe, Joe picked up and then I was disconnected. I called back got Joe--he tells me the car was sold yesterday but you still continued to carry on the auction to the very end with over 28 bids on it--that means besides me there are 28 other folks that wanted to buy this when it fact it was not longer available. I am not sure why you would do this but at this point I am more than disappointed in your unethical business methodology. I am forward this email to both Ebay and Audi of North America. I have owned 5 Audi's in the past and have never had the misfortune of dealing with the likes of a JOE POZO and company in the past.

I am not sure how many auto you have sold through Ebay but you need to be stopped--and I have nothing but time. As for Audi of America---well that is up to them.

Default G'day, eh!

I don't have an Audi, but my oldest daughter is looking to buy an A4 Quattro, about 2000 vintage. This forum came up several times when I Google'd "Audi A4 1.8T vs 2.8", so I thought I'd have a look. I'm sure that we will learn lots while we are looking to buy. 'Way better than learning after the purchase that you bought the wrong alternate (ie. engine).

I thought that she would be a very conservative driver, but after going on a few test drives with her, I know now that she likes performance, so we'll have to keep that in mind.

One thing that concerns me is the reliability rating of the 1.8T. It would be a bummer to buy one that hasn't been properly serviced. Maybe she'd be better off in an A6. I guess we'll see.

Thanks,

Your story sounded like mine.
17 year old needed wheels. To make a long story short we bought a used 2000 A4 Quattro 2.8 with 110,000 mi.
It was bought from a dealer who sold it to the one owner who had it serviced regulary at their dealership; and then traded it for a newer model.
It was simply to good to be true and the price was fair and in my opinion in great shape despite a few quirks that we Audi folks have learned to live with.
My daughter is truly conservative in most areas but once they have a "cool" fairly performance oriented vehicle they like to take advantage. She drives safe but a little aggresively and defensivley as we have taught her.
I'd stay away from a high mileage T model. Hers still runs beautifully.
Her car:
Best to you!
Rich

Default mirror

Some jerk hit my mirror on my 94 audi cabriolet and busted the glass. I just need the glass itself and do not know where to shop online for it. Some sights have the price ranging from 36 bucks to 191 bucks. I just parked the car on the street for about two hours and bam it's smashed.

I've decided to limit our search to 2.8's, too. Hope we can find a good one like you did!
Thanks,

Hey everyone, Stephanie from the Chicago burbs here. I'm thinking about buying an '04 A4 Cabriolet, and have some questions.
