Have this crazy beeping alarm little sound coming from by the light switch it doesn't seem to be like far behind the dash panel but it's never been going on so what does it mean and how do I stop it it happens when I turn the key to start and turn the car off it goes for about 10 seconds

 

I had something very similar, except for me the beeping continued even whilst driving.

One known cause of this is the alarm system's backup rechargeable batteries reporting they are low on charge or not storing charge.

How I fixed it was to connect up the battery to a mains charger and leave it for a few hours.
