Hi, I am from the UK (Kent) and this is my first time working on an Audi.

Well my niece has a 2014 Audi A1 which I am fixing for her due to a small bump.
The passenger airbag has gone off, and looking at the dash it looks like it will need a complete new dashboard - is this correct?
Also, the remote doesn't seem to be doing anything, I have tried to reset it but that doesn't seem to do anything, possibly related to this is that the boot will not open either from the remote or from the tailgate itself.


any thoughts, ideas welcome.
