Wink 4x4 vs. quattro

Ok, so I'm new to audis, though my first car ever was an MK3 jetta back in the 90s. Then moved to Jeeps, which really got me into modding/wrenching/welding.....braking things....welding....braking things again...

During my last offroad trip on the WJ ('04 grand cherokee), I managed to brake an axle shaft, hit the quarter panel against a rock wall and bust a window, all in one day . The Jeep has been in the garage now for a month while I find the time to install the new lift, axles, TC.....

Which leads me to posting here; since the Jeep is down for a while, and the near future plans of running 35s mudders, I needed a daily driver that was small and nimble, plus I really missed the fun I had driving my stick jetta, so.... after much searching, I finally found what I was after, and I brough her home this past saturday.

Hoping to learn as much as possible here, but with so much left to do on the Jeep (and a wife to convince on how important and necessary modding our cars is ), the B7 will have to stay in stock form for several months......."but honey, what about a chip for christmas" .

What I found: 2007 A4Q, S-line, Titanium package, 6spMT in brilliant red.
