Hey ive been lurking for awhile and now i have a chance to finally purchase an audi however its down to a 2002 a4 1.8t with 48kmiles for 13k or a 2001 audi a6 2.7t s-line with 66k miles for 10,500. Now ive read the forums but i was wondering on your opinions about either of these cars and if you were in my situation which would you pick? For the sake of discussion lets assume both are equally mech sound and all other factors are the sam

a6 is a good buy plus its an s-line even better.

 

if your a real hands on guy and want to make ur car fast on ur own the 1.8t platform is better for mods. The sline is good and fast already but i think they have some problems not sure excatly what but thats what i hear. The 1.8 has its own common problems but all in all preference wether u want bigbody smallbody. what colors are they? plus the 1.8 has alot lower milelage which is nice.

A4 if they knock off about $700...Then get it chipped and the s-line is lookin at your rings
