a80 avant problem

a80 avant problem
Hi all,
New member, so please be kind!
have a small prob with my a80 avant, the passenger side electric windo will go down all the way but when you push it to go back up again it only goes an inch or so and stops. I took the cover off the door and the worm screw sleeve is lying at the borttom of the door.
I replaced it and lubed the inside of the tube and all the runners.
When i tried it again the same thing, only goes up an inch, then stops.if i pushthe window panefrom below it will go by the stopage and will work fine up and down unless i put it all the way down again then it sticks again as before. Is the wormscrew sleeve limited to the length? IE does it stop the winder going too far, is there supposed to be a stopper on the end of it? ( there is none on mine)
