Default Another newb...

So here's the deal. I had a 2000 Audi TT Quatro that picked up in 01 with about 12,000 miles on it. I lowered it, intake, chip, rims blah blah blah... and then last spring, it hit 130,000 miles! so i finally made the choice to get a new car, after a few months of looking and test driving, i picked up an '04 Mustang Cobra and it completely kicks my ***. I thought it would be the funniest car i've ever owned, put about 5k worth of "stuff" in it, and it's a rocket. Then the weather got bad, and with450+ rwhp it's the last thing you want to be behind the wheel of when there is rain on the ground, not to mention snow. So, i just got back from a week of R&R out in AZ and completely fell in love with my caddy's (some 19 year old punk! actually turned outto be a great kid)2004 S4 Avant, and have decided i must have one, that V8 with the IMO betterbody style. The only problem is i can't seem to find very many of them. I joined this board in order to try and see if there are any people in Chicago that might be able to point me in the right direction.
1 - Where is the best place to look?
2 - What should i look out for?
3 - If i wanted to turn the cobra into a trailer queen, would the S4 be able to pull it?
4 - Where do you chicago boys get your work done? GRD out in Napervile, did a tune for me a few years ago, and i never had any issue's with them, but are there other options?

I look forward to talking with you all in the future. Thanks All

Welcome to the forums.

Good choice on a car to get, but i dont think pulling a trailer and a car is a good idea. Not really made for that. The motor could do it, but your talking 5k + pounds from a luxury sedan. Prob not a good idea.

I love the avants and that 4.2 is awesome! You will love it!
I raced a 04 mystic paint cobra the other day. I love the Supercharger whine on those cars.

i kind of figured i shouldn't pull anything with and real weight to it, but i thought i would ask.

isn't that mystic paint job sick?! i've got a Sonic Blue, here she is all cleaned up.

my problem is do i want to keep her?wife says i can, andits paid off, so unless somebody wants to spend at least $28k, she's not going anywhere for awhile...

Damn that is a sick car.

When the mystic was behind me he saw my plate. Says ME FASTR. He pulled up next to me and said,

I dont think you are faster than this. I said, In the rain i am! haha he laughed.
