Default Audi A4 1.8t Boost problems!!!

hi everyone, i am stuck with an ongoing problem i have read loads of people have had simular problems. i have an audi A4 1996 turbo, its been re-maped and lowered, it has a brand new K03 turbo on it and its running manual boost. it works fine if i drive flat out from first gear. but if i try and drive normal and accelerate in gears it splutters and boost will hit its max at about 15psi hold it then make a pop noise drop down for about 2mins to 7'8psi then go back up, but only seems to do it in 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th gears not first. i took out the n75 but left it plugged in and it works every now and then. yesterday i tried to put it back in i heard a pop and now i think in as its called "limp mode"...... please can someone help me, i want it to run about 12psi max and hold it nicely with no problems and no spiking and splutters....

i have a new turbo but it was doing this before the replacment, and i changed manual booster and it was ok after that it kinda just started doing it i can tried boost leaks and cant find anything, im just stuck i can get it out of limp mode by taking out the N75 and then the boost starts to spike and bounce around i wana be able to get it to reach about 14psi like it was before without the dropping back and struggling, its strange that if i drive flat out from 1st gear then it seems to work perfect, but have to drive flat out
