Hey guys, im interested in buying an Audi A6 2.8 Quattro. Its a 1998 model, but i think i can also go upto a 2000 model (though i need to cough up a little more cash for that).

I was just curious... is there anything i should look for before signing the cheque? and im not buying it from an audi dealership either, its one of those used car dealers...and id most likely be interested in getting an extended warranty from audi.

Its between A6, and A4 pretty much, same year range, and same engine overall, although i dont mind getting a 1.8t either for the a4.


Id really appreciate some insight, and hopefully ill be a new memeber soon.

Just make sure that you get an extended warranty for it. It will save you thousands.
