Default Audi Lover and Prospective Owner

Hi everyone,
Rahi here, from Sterling Heights, MI. Im a big Audi fan. I think theyre such beautiful machines. From the Quattro rally car to the Q7. I love them all. I currently dont own an Audi, but I do hope to one day. Ive been looking for a well taken care of A3-A4 in my area for a while now. But havent found one for around the $7-9k price tag.
Id love to hear about your guys' experiences with Audis. Especially those of you whom have had your cars for over 5 years. I heard that the biggest problem with Audis is the maintenance and parts can be really expensive (which is scary to me since Im a poor college kid).

Btw, Ive got a welcome gift for you guys. I havent photoshopped in a while, so I decided to get back into it, especially since I needed a new background. So I made a silhouette of the R8 (my favorite Audi). I just love the lines/curves of the car, and I love dark backgrounds so I decided to make something simple and also something that pays homage to those beautiful curves. Figured Id share it with you guys.

In that price range, you should be able to find a well maintained B6 A4, 2004 or 5 around 100K miles. The 1.8T engine is remarkable, and finding repair parts is becoming less expensive. As with any car of any make, you will save yourself a ton of money if you can do your own maintenance and repairs.

My 1999.5 A4 (which I had for 4 years) had the same engine and about 163K miles before I sold it and bought my current car. It was still running on the stock turbo and running strong.
