Default Audis...Electrical nightmares??

Hey all....I haven't decided on the Audi yet cause I am still doing my research. Now here is my question(s).....

1. I hear that Audis (for specifics I am looking at an 02 S4 6-speed) are electrical nightmares. I have heard that there is one fuse for the whole car and that the car is basically daisy-chained electrically. Please tell me this is a myth.

2. I want to move my Pioneer Premier head unit over to the Audi if I buy it. The car I am looking at has the Bose system. Now the rumor I have heard is that the car will throw trouble codes if you remove the stock unit. Please tell me this is a myth.

3. Finally, for those of you that have replaced your stock stereos, can you please let me know what you replaced it with and if possible, put up some pics. It would really help me with my decision.

I wasn't quite sure what forum to put this in, so since I am still a newbie, here it is. Thanks for the help.

Joe

Please post specific questions in the proper forum.

1. That is just crazy. Whoever told you that knows nothing about Audi's. We have a full fuse box.

2. Sort of a myth. It can cause the obd system to be unscannable if you wire it up wrong. It's no biggy though.
