Folks,

I jut got my 2008 A4 2.0T Quattro MT and noticed that the plastic cover for the battery (in the engine bay) and belly pan are missing. I am not sure if later models are not suppose to have them. I looked at some similar cars and they vary for some reason. My older B5 2.8 Quattro AT have them both which makes me wonder.

Can anyone tell me if the car should actually have them when new for this model year?

 

that car from the factory definelty comes with both.... doesn't make much sence... except that maybe someone other than the dealer was preforming maintenace themselves and never put those items back on..... you can check ebay... if not may be a dealer item only....
