Diesel - Appealed my payment value but no response
In July of 2017 I received an owner value repair amount (payment) for my 2014 A8L TDI that was at the bottom of the range despite having a host of premium packages on my car. So I appealed the valuation/payment amount I would receive when I get my car fixed. I provided them with all of the information they requested back in July of 2017 and I have yet to hear from them. Has anyone else appealed their valuation/payment amount and heard back from the court settlement folks? I would have thought 200+ days would be long enough. Let me know if you have any insight please. I have talked to the folks on the Claims Portal side and they continue to tell me they can't help me and that I just have to wait. I will certainly wait to get the fix (you have until April 2020) but it would be nice for them to acknowledge they are even looking at it.
