Default former brick driver, sup everyone!

Hey everyone. i'm janin, or j, or mike for that fact. figured i would say hi since I'm goin through all the posts for info. I've been learning to build volvo's the past 4 1/2 yrs and put together 2 decent cars ('87 744GLE+ti and '92 944ti) then decided for graduation it was time for a change. Picked up a '01 A4 1.8tQ two days ago. I've rode/driven one beforehand and instantly knew it was the next platform i wanted to learn. Anyways, I hope to learn much and hopefully return the knowledge. congratulations you've just acquired a long term audi fan.

Mike (as usual)

P.S. can any of you point me in the direction of a website or thread on this site that goes into detail on motor specifications/measurements? (i.e. head flow capabilities, combustion chamber size, deck heights, etc.)
