gonna buy this if everything checks out

I am getting this is it checks out when I go this upcoming weekend to check it out....

thanks... but here is a good first question...

should I get an extended warranty... 3 yrs 37K for about 3g's????
it will not cover maintainence Just broken things...

any thoughts...
