Exclamation Good morning :) A4 PROBLEM

Hello people please can somebody help me out

My boss has a Audi A4 (y reg) 2001. He spilt tea in his OEM headunit and fryed it so he bought a JVC unit from halfords and a harness for the rear amplified speakers i have sorted his igntion feed out for the headunit as it does do not have one but theres only sound coming from the front left speaker. I have no idea what this could be, because i have the proper harnesses as well!
Please help ASAP!

Many thanks in advance

Get a digital multimeter and test output from the back of the radio from all channels... if the output is there, then you have a wiring problem AFTER the radio, perhaps caused by Starbucks lol

If there is no output for any of the channels, then there is a setting in the radio that needs changed or there is a defect in the radio itself.

I wired up a Kenwood into my 2001 A4 about 2 years ago and don't remember needing any special converters/filters for the speakers.

Also, make sure all the wire connections are good...crimp connectors are okay, but solder and heat shrink tubing are the best. takes more time but worth the quality and durability.

Umm, one hour repair may not do the trick..

I'd have to pull, my radio out, but you may have the wrong harness. I don't remember having the blue converter box as a part of my harness.

My B5 does have the Bose option, I'm not sure what your boss's setup is
