Greetings from British Columbia
Hey, I got an '86 Audi 4000s last month and am loving every bit of it. It's brown and has power everything. Despite it having more than 250, 000kms on it and being nearly 20 years old, it still runs like stink. Before I bought it, I took it to my mechanic and he gave it the thumbs up. My grandfather also owned an earlier model 4000 and despite a few warnings, he said that it would be a good purchase. It has a 5cyl. engine but no turbo and can be viewed at my cardomain site which is the homepage link in my profile.
I am 17 and this is my first car. It's actually quite refreshing seeing it in the parking lot at school among all the broken down corrollas and such. Right now, I am working on a simple sound system, then I'm diving right into the actual modding. Right now my only non audio mod is a vintage leather keychain I got from an Audi dealer.
See you guys around.

Hey plumbos! Welcome to the forum!!!!! do you have any pics up yet? I am a huge fan of 4000 CS.. but I cant remember if the plain old "S" was quattro or what? If you want to get into some modding your going to have a blast!!! My suggestion if you want a ton and ton of power go grab a 5 cylinder turbo motor out of a 5000 CS.. it will bolt in and you will be lovin it!! again welcome!!!!
