Default Greetings from Olympia

I'm new to the forum so I thought I'd jump right in with a two-part question for the seasoned Audi owners.

First question: I own a 2004 A6 S-line 2.7T - it's been a great car but the odometer just tripped past 133K miles. Given regular maintenance, what is the life expectancy of the engine, drivetrain, etc. and are there any potentially expensive service requirements for a vehicle with this kind of mileage that I should be aware of.

Second question: If you had a chance to trade this model in in order to purchase a 2003 RS6 with only 45K miles on it, would you? My thanks to all the forum members for their thoughts on these questions!
