hello all, from a new and never before audi owner. well not me the wife. shes got herself a really low milage 2001 a3 and shes chuffed to bits with it.. the only niggle is that it has a cassette player and not a cd. my question to you is i have sourced from an audi breaker a 6 disc boot changer and lead and was wondering if anyone can move this thread to the relevant section as i will be requiring advice on how to install it..

Hope the wife continues to enjoy the Audi.

most of us are from North America. I suspect that most of the particulars are not too terribly different but just be warned that some of our "help" may not be helpful to your particular needs.

I suspect that trying to get the six disc changer all wired up and working properly is probably going to be more trouble than it is worth. Even when they are factory installed they seem to have issues working properly. you may have luck posting your question in the electronics section or the A3 section.
