Hello
Hello to everyone,
I actually don't have an Audi...my brother does, but he's not a car person at all. It boggles me, but oh well. I do all my own work on my car and since my brother moved to Hawaii with me, I'll be doing his too
Anyway, my brother has a Pelican Blue 98 A4 Quattro. It seems this board has lots of good info just by searching through several threads, so you might not hear from me much unless it's a job that is just not as easy as it may seem to me.
Anyway, hello to everyone
John

Thanks for the welcome.
I've been doing some research on his car and it seems to be a bit more out of the ordinary compared to my DSM, though it doesn't seem as tough now that I've looked around in there and familiarized myself with it a bit more, compared to what I thought when I first opened the hood, lol.
I also forgot to mention that his car is a V6 standard. I've got a few things in mind to do with his car...like the loosey goosey shifter. All in do time I guess. First thing to do on his car is change out his tie rod ends which, from my readings here, seem to be what goes bad commonly...easy enough
Good thing I searched that first before ordering the entire assembly

Is that color just a not so common color in this community? I think it's a really different color blue. It seems to always look clean even though it's not, kind of like silver.
its a pretty rare color, i have only seen 2 others online

Now if I can just get my brother to sell it to me, that car would be in better shape, lol. He doesn't dog on it, but he doesn't know how keep it maintained either. I'd just like to take it off his hands so that, it can be put back to it's original splendor or before he does something stupid with it
