My name is Dave. I currently have a 99 M3 that im trying to sell. Thinking about getting an A4. I live in Colorado so AWD would be nice for the winter. I thought i would join some Audi forums to learn a little more info about them. Thats about it.

 

hey dave, welcome to AF. Audis are very reliable cars, but when something goes wrong... you're paying out your ***; as i'm sure you're very farmilia with in BMW. In colorado AWD is gonna be sweet, i can definatly see switching from the M3 to audi being a very wise choice... but have you thought of the S4 instead of the A4? as far as reliability goes, with the 1.8T, you have a turbo that will eventually go... and be very costly, and there was a major recall on the control arms. other than that, everone else is gonna have their own individual problems to deal with. But they are incredible cars.
