Hello from NJ, USA
Hey guys, just paid for my 2001 A4 1.8T Quattro today and she'll be all registered n' legal by Thursday morning. She has 134k miles and everything seems to be in pretty good working order. My last car was a Subaru and the one before that was a Mitsubishi and I decided I wanted to move onto a more comfy AWD sedan. So far I'm not very disappointed by anything at all. I purchased the car because it is completely stock, but now it's bugging me. Most of my other cars didn't need much in the ways of a front anti-sway bar but benefited greatly from just a rear. Is this the same dealie with the B5 A4?
I promised myself I wouldn't go nuts with modding this car so I'm gonna try and do simple mods like wheels, sway bar n' maybe some audio upgrades.

Wilkommen to the forums
we have a pretty good group of NJ members. when/if you need help you may be able to find a member close by that will give you a hand.
head over to the A4 section. be sure to read the stickies. the search function is your friend. plenty of good (and bad) information for most any question you might have. feel free to ask questions. coming from the subie and mitsu, it can be a pretty big adjustment.
good luck
