I just got my Audi just a bit ago. It's a 1999 A4 1.8T in Blue. I would like to put some mods in to make it look cool and make it go FAST.
I already got a set of Momo M1 Wheels installed and they look pretty sharp

 

hey, a4andy, welcome to the forums! the first mod on the 1.8T imo should be a chip (40+ hp, 80ft lbs tq)

no problem..the only other thing you need to do when you chip the car is replace the stock diverter valve with either a bailey or forged dv (100 bucks+ iirc) or go with the 710N dv (stock dv on the TTs) for 35 bucks at a dealership

I see that changing the diverter valve is a must after upgrading the ecu software, however, where is this valve placed?
