hello everyone, i'm new to this forum.

since wednesday, i've been trying to negotiate the purchase of a 98 A4 2.8 Quattro. I've had quite a hard time getting a bank to give me a crappy loan. i have a pretty good credit score, just lack of history. but after many phone calls to the dealer (located in MD) i think it will be finalized. I am to go down there on tuesday to pick up my car. then i get to mini-roadtrip back to PA in my new car!! :-D i can't wait!

what are some basic things i can do to increase my cars performance?

 

get a chip, new DV and exhaust

 

time to thow in some new suspension.

well, the fine car now belongs to me! (well to the bank, i guess )

it handles SOOOO nicely! i can't believe i could enjoy driving before an audi. lol any, i'm excited to the point where i get giddy thinking about how sweet my car is. hehe (my last car was an '89 escort wagon (who's only redeeming feature was the manual transmission).

 

are you asking which color it is? because the car isn't made out of bamboo as far as i can tell........

the paperwork says it's gold, but i think audi would have a more refined name for it.

how can i decifer the color code, and where do i find it? (sorry, i'm a total newb here)[&o]
