i got an audi. yey!
Found my audi on autotrader last week and it's now mine! 1999 1.8t sports package. 110k miles. (111+k after getting it home) $7.9k
The exterior is in great shape and the interior is mint! I don't think anyone has sat in the backseat before
. I love it. My previous car was a 1966 checker marathon (think NY city taxi cab). This is a wee bit more fun to drive. I will probably chip it soon, but that's all performance wise (i think...). Gonna ask a few related ?s over on the other forum. This is a great site!
tried to upload a pic, not sure if it's gonna work. here's a direct link:

I gotta say, that car looks nice. It always seems that Mercedes gets the props for their "conservative design philosophy"; while Audi has definitely gone through more body style changes, I think their designs hold up very well to the test of time.
