Hi everyone Im Matt. I have been looking for this exact car for about 9 months. I had to have an A6 2.7t. I fell in love with one in parking lot that had a bi-turbo license plate frame. I went home and looked up the 2.7t and found that it was in fact a bi-turbo. I have always had a fascination with twin or bi-turbo cars. I did more research and found that I really liked the sport package because of the gorgeous seats. I also looked at all the interior packages and found the black to be absolutely stunning and began my search. I bought a 2001 in silver from a true Audi enthusiast. He had just purchased a brand new A6 3.2 and didnt want to trade the 01 as they always bone you on the trade. Instead he posted it in auto trader and bought it the day it printed. Yeah well too bad most likely Audi wont come out with the quad turbo R8 or similar to the R8..I would love to have one if it does though =D

 

well I mean the Veyron is just an overpriced VW if you wanna get technical but congrats on the Audi. SO that means that when the W16 kills you off the line, you can know that your Audi and the Veyron are cousins.

also welcome to AF and I'm jealous because the 2.7t is my second favorite Audi engine next to the 20v I5.

 

i will agree its overpriced but after seeing one in person there is nothing vw about it except that w16. the rest of the car is absolutely top shelf and mind boggling. the shear size of it makes you wonder how goes 235+.
