Hey everyone- I am a long-time VW owner, but looking to move 'up'. I'm having a hard time deciding which model to buy. The ones on my list are:

TT 225 Roadster
A6 2.7T Sport
B5 S4
B6 A4

I know that these are all much different cars, and I like each one for different reasons. I'm looking to spend from $17K - $25K, and I've found examples of each of these within that range. I don't mind a little higher mileage (60-80K), as I really don't drive that much. I also wouldn't mind finding something that already has some modifications. Any input from other members that might help me here?

Welcome to the forums. You'll get a lot more responses posting this in one of the vehicle specific sections. I'll give it a shot though.

Maintenace- What can you afford? the B5 S4 and the 2.7t A6 will have higher maintenance. The B6 A4 and the TT should be about the same to maintain.
Performance- The TT225 and the B5 S4 have the highest overall tuning potential. Depending on what you want.
Resale value- Not sure on this one, but you may want to look into it.
